By using scalehackerlab.com, requesting a Free Growth Assessment or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. Our services are for businesses, and you must be at least 18 years old to use them.
Using this site
The content on scalehackerlab.com — articles, guides, the growth dictionary, comparisons and pricing — is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. Market figures and third-party prices we reference can change; we cite sources and dates where we can.
The service
- Scalehackerlab plans are monthly subscriptions with no setup fees; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Plan scope (services included, strategist time, check-in frequency) is described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Growth outcomes depend on your market, product and starting point. Case figures on this site are illustrative unless a named client is credited — we don't guarantee specific results.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the materials, data and brand assets you share with us; you grant us the right to use them to deliver the service. Deliverables we produce for you are yours once your subscription payments for the period are settled. The Scalehackerlab site, brand and methodology remain ours.
The Scale AI-hub portal
Access to the Scale AI-hub client portal (hub.scalehackerlab.com) is also governed by the portal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published there. For your use of the portal, those documents prevail if they conflict with these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades the service, no attempts to bypass form protections, and no submitting content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
Text messaging and automated communications
If you opt in, Scalehackerlab may contact you by SMS or WhatsApp about your Free Growth Assessment, scheduling, account and service updates, and support. Some messages are sent by automated assistants acting on our behalf. Participation is governed by our SMS Terms, which form part of these terms.
- Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any service.
- Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
- You confirm that any mobile number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to opt it in, and you will tell us if the number changes hands.
Liability
The site and our services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalehackerlab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the services, and our total liability related to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the services if these terms are materially breached, required payments are not made, or the site or the portal is used in a prohibited way. On termination, portal access may end while data handling continues according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
