Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the materials, data and brand assets you share with us; you grant us the right to use them to deliver the service. Deliverables we produce for you are yours once your subscription payments for the period are settled. The Scalehackerlab site, brand and methodology remain ours.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades the service, no attempts to bypass form protections, and no submitting content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalehackerlab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
