Scalehackerlab (“we”, “us”) is a marketing agency operating from Florida, United States. We operate scalehackerlab.com and are the controller of the personal information described here. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the service — we do not sell personal information.
The Scale AI-hub client portal (hub.scalehackerlab.com) publishes its own Privacy Policy, which applies once you use the portal. Both policies follow the same principles.
Information we collect
- Free Growth Assessment: collected in the Scale AI-hub app (hub.scalehackerlab.com) — your name, work email, company name, website, revenue range, the marketing you already do, your goals and, if you provide it, your mobile phone number.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- “Email me this article”: the email address you enter, which article you asked for, and the IP address of the request (used only to limit abuse).
- Basic technical data needed to serve the site and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your Free Growth Assessment and follow up about it.
- If you tick the text-messaging consent box, to send you text messages (SMS or WhatsApp) about your Free Growth Assessment, scheduling, account and service updates, and support. What we send, how often, and how to stop are described in our SMS Terms.
- To send the newsletter you asked for — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To email you the article you asked for — one message. We do not add that address to any list unless you tick the newsletter box.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
Where it lives and who processes it
Form submissions are stored in Supabase (our database provider). The site is hosted on Vercel, and emails are delivered through Resend. If you opt in to text messages, your number is disclosed only to the messaging providers that deliver our texts (the carriers and the WhatsApp Business platform), and only for that purpose. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.
Cookies and similar technologies
- This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Your browser stores your language preference and, if a form could not be sent, the unsent submission so it can be retried. Nothing in that storage leaves your device unless you submit a form.
- We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies or persistent identifiers.
Mobile numbers and text messages (SMS and WhatsApp)
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Opt-in is always explicit: the text-messaging box on our forms is unchecked by default and separate from any email consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- We record the date, source and wording of each opt-in, together with the technical details of the submission, so we can honor it and demonstrate it was given.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out (you will receive one confirmation message) or HELP for help.

Retention
We keep assessment submissions and related business information for the duration of our relationship with you and up to twelve months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit using TLS, and our providers encrypt databases and backups at rest. Access to submissions is restricted to the team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay, as required by law.
International transfers
Scalehackerlab operates in the United States, and our providers process data there. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in these locations. Where a legal framework such as the GDPR applies, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards with our providers.
Your rights
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete records.
- Request deletion of your information when legally permitted.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and request a portable copy of the information you provided, where the law of your location grants these rights.
- Opt out of the newsletter using the link in every email.
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us.
To exercise any right, email support@scalehackerlab.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their rights.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where we have your email, notified to you before they take effect.
